Been away for a few days, so reason for no pictures of my one meal a day. Today's menu:

Dessert was high protein low calorie chocolate shake mix with powdered peanut butter. (wasn't too bad but I may not be fixing this again) :)
Wrap was really good in spite of the strange sounding ingredients.
I am still doing OMAD and losing slowly, but am eating what I want to eat - just one meal a day and limit pretty much to one plate. Looking forward to eating something yummy today.

Was gone today and when I got home, I failed to take a picture of my food since I was hungry and started eating my meal. Hopefully; tomorrow, I will get started back with pictures.

The peach salad is one that I have made for years and is a favorite of mine in one of JoAnna Lund's cookbooks. I have many of her cookbooks - actually pretty much all of them. I may be missing one of two - don't know.

Yogurt and banana
I have decided that I am not going to weigh daily.
