Good morning. 
Nice cool morning here in the Midwest and great for cooking.  Since I am now following weight watchers for health reasons and need to lose 10#, I am trying some new recipes.

At this time, I  have an eggplant dish  in the oven and will post recipe at a later time (if it turns out good).  I have taken a basic recipe and transformed it so I know the WW points and have also lowered the points while adjusting.
