Today's Calorie Counting Menu

 Since today is Monday, I did my weekly weigh - in.  Am still around 8 # from my low goal but have just been eating what I want doing portion control and calorie counting.  So, if I get there or not is okay with me.  Altogether I have lost around 22 pounds.  Clothes are fitting good so not in any hurry. Hope everyone that  reads this is doing good.

Today's menu:

cottage cheese

1/4 c. shredded cheese

refried beans

lettuce

homemade ranch dressing

mustard, salsa

chicken patty

homemade chocolate ice cream with almond milk, choc protein powder, flavorings
