Hope all are having a nice summer. I have been so busy with flowers and yard work lately that I haven't been on the program for a while, but have started again today. I have gained around 4# without being faithful to it, so I am happy. I would still like to lose around 10#, but if that doesn't happen, I am okay with it. Today's menu:

2 low carb wraps
lots of veggies - cukes, tomatoes, lettuce, asparagus
pudding
jello
ready made pizza
buttermilk
pineapple
