Today's Old WW Menu

Won't really be able to keep a good menu this week as my sister is visiting and pretty much all she can eat is soup due to health problems.  Hopefully, will get back on my regular schedule next week. I am really getting tired of soup. 

Today's Menu for Old Weight Watchers 123 Program and today's Bible Verse

 Today's Menu:

sliced turkey

2 small low carb tortillas

cucumbers

salsa

Quest chips

nacho cheese sauce

baked squash dessert with sweetened whipped cottage cheese - used this instead of pumpkin like pumpkin pie.  Sounds weird but had this already cooked. 

dry milk

Old Weight Watchers 123 Success Program Restart and Picture of Fall Display in my Yard

 I have been so busy getting all of my outside work done and ready  for winter here in the Midwest.  Got a fall display in my front yard done with pumpkins and mums with an old tank and galvanized tub.  Always enjoy the fall here but winter not so much anymore.  

I have lived here all of my life, so should know better by now.  Guess I will stay the rest of my life.
