Today's Old WW 123 Success Program Menu

Still doing WW 123 with a little twist.  I am adding more protein and a little more healthy fat.  I will be adding more protein, too, and trying to drink a lot more water.  For a few days, I am going to limit my net carbs to around 20.  Hopefully, this will get my blood sugar stabilized as I have not been watching that as I should be since I don't take any meds.  It was 96 this evening after my food today, so think it will work for me.   Made my own mayo today and it tastes so good on meat and  salad, but limited the amount I eat.  

Today's menu

Large salad with spinach, roast beef, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, olives, boiled egg with homemade mayo dressing 

Chaffle made with cheese & egg

Premier shake in coffee
