Starting Calorie Counting Way of Eating Again

When I am trying to lose a little weight, I pretty much eat what I want but within my calorie range.  That seems to work for me rather than restrict myself too much

 Have been pretty lax with my eating this summer and have added a few of my pounds back on; so, I am now starting my calorie counting way of eating.  I sometimes alternate between the old WW 123 Success Program and calorie counting.  Yesterday's Menu:

2 eggs

lasagna made with cottage cheese, peppers, pasta sauce, cheese and vegetarian ground meat

hot dogs

zero carb tortillas 

I plan on posting my menus daily to help me keep accountable.
