Today's Calorie Counting Menu - Down Another Pound - Have Lost Around 14 Since I Started - Would like to Lose about 10 More

 I have been so busy the past few days that I haven't got my menus posted.  I shoot for under 1000, but some days go over just a little.  I am down another # today Here is today's:

Whole wheat homemade waffle with 1T SF syrup

Homemade crab rangoons

Butternut squash fried in the air fryer

Homemade dessert - peach cobbler

Cottage cheese with 6 saltines

Applesauce

Snack of Cheetos
