Down another pound this morning - making me just 1# from my first goal. I may go another 10 - not sure yet.
Gloomy day here in the Midwest, so a good day for cooking. So ready for warm weather. Grass is green, but we had a freeze last night. Sure hope our flowering trees don't get frozen.

Nice morning with sunshine here in the Midwest. Got down in the 20's last night, but expecting 70's tomorrow. Crazy April.
I have got a little carried away with my calorie counting the past few days with some bad choices and was up 2#. Back on track yesterday and today. Really going to cut down on high sodium foods and starches. Blood sugar was 91 today, so am happy with that. Those 2# will come off with less sodium and starches.
Today's menu:
egg whites
cottage cheese with salad with walnuts
This is about as far as I have got planning today. Don't know about this evening. May just have a protein shake.

So windy and cold here in the Midwest, but the weatherman promises warmer weather soon. Got out and raked Monday, but can't do that today. Been so busy that I haven't gotten my menu posted for a few days. I am still calorie counting but weight is staying the same right now. Had good losses last week, so just probably stabilizing this week.

Sunshine here in the Midwest. Hope it continues all weekend, but don't think it is supposed to.
I was up a # today, but that is to be expected sometimes since yesterday was my all time low on the scale. Also had some yummy cheese yesterday and that always makes me retain water. But, it was so good and worth it. :)

Chicken and noodle entree on a bed of lettuce
Steak and veggies
Down another 1.5# this morning which makes me happy. So far, I have lost 18# since the first of the year - 2# away from my first goal. Maybe, I will try for another 10 - don't know yet. Just depends on how my Spring clothes fit.
