Still very cold here in the Midwest this morning. A warm 22 deg this morning but is much better than 13 as we had. One more day the weather people keep saying next week, it will be in the 50's.

Since it is so cold here in the Midwest - high in the 20's, I am having a lot of hot tasty foods.
Today menu:
Cheerios with almond milk
shrimp egg roll
homemade sweet potato fries
homemade stuffed mushrooms and peppers
homemade "ice cream" bars made from vanilla protein powder & almond milk - these really taste like something rich

Well, Winter has arrived here in the Midwest. Had 3-5 inches of snow and I am tired of Winter already :). I am afraid we will have more to come.

Today's Calorie Counting Menu with my Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe and Frozen Protein Ice Cream Bars
Cold, cloudy day here in the Midwest. Think Winter is just about here. So, not ready for it.
Today's menu:
Cheerios w/almond milk
cottage cheese with veggies
fish patty
tortilla
stuffed mushrooms with cashew milk cream cheese with seasonings
homemade protein frozen "ice cream" bars
popcorn
I have been loving my stuffed mushrooms. I use vegan cream cheese with garlic powder and stuff and bake. Real treat.
The protein frozen bars are made from protein powder and water or almond milk and freeze them in popsicle containers.
