Today's Calorie Counting Menu

 Have been away from calorie counting since before Christmas, so am getting back to it today.  I have around 10# that I would like to lose before Spring; but, if I don't that is okay as long as I am eating fairly well and getting to eat the things that I want.

Since I need to watch both cholesterol and blood sugar without meds, some days my menu isn't perfect but overall, I do the best I can.

Today's Menu:

Morningstar chik pattie with bun and veggie  cheese

Broccoli and onions with yogurt dip

air fried squash

5 olives

Greek yogurt

Protein powder

1 c blueberries
