I have been so busy getting all of my outside work done and ready for winter here in the Midwest. Got a fall display in my front yard done with pumpkins and mums with an old tank and galvanized tub. Always enjoy the fall here but winter not so much anymore.
I have lived here all of my life, so should know better by now. Guess I will stay the rest of my life.

Hope all are having a nice summer. I have been so busy with flowers and yard work lately that I haven't been on the program for a while, but have started again today. I have gained around 4# without being faithful to it, so I am happy. I would still like to lose around 10#, but if that doesn't happen, I am okay with it. Today's menu:
