Good morning.  A nice chilly morning here in the Midwest.   I have oatmeal honey bread in my bread machine.  It will be a challenge for me to stay out of that.  My menu for today is:.
B - egg

L - Salad with 4 oz chicken

D -  4 oz chicken

Lately my menu has been basically the same, but I do better that way than if I try to mix things up too much.

Good morning to all.  Nice nippy morning here in the Midwest but the sun is going to shine.

I am still doing "my own" eating plan (down 2# this am.) and here is today's menu:

B 2 eggs

L small salad and 4 oz chicken

D Lean pork chop

Lots of water - at least 8 glasses

Have done really well today.  Been so busy that I didn't get to post any earlier.  Wonderful day with temps in the 60's.  Expecting a great day tomorrow, but Wednesday is a different story.

Glucomannan pudding

Today's Menu for my Own Get Healthy Low Carb Weight Loss Plan

Doing well today.  Really want to get in shape by the holidays.  Got my hour walked yesterday and plan on walking 30 minutes shortly.

Today's menu: under 20 carbs or may try for 10.

B - 6 T egg sub.
      1/2 c blueberries
      2 T flax

L - 4 oz chicken
      2 c lettuce with very low carb dressing

D - 4 oz chicken or fish - maybe 3 T egg sub to make wrap.
      1 c almond milk made into glucomannon pudding
