Friday 13th is Here and it is Going to Be a Good Day with my Own Eating Program

Good morning.  A nice chilly morning here in the Midwest.   I have oatmeal honey bread in my bread machine.  It will be a challenge for me to stay out of that.  My menu for today is:.
B - egg

L - Salad with 4 oz chicken

D -  4 oz chicken

Lately my menu has been basically the same, but I do better that way than if I try to mix things up too much.
