Today's Menu for my Own Get Healthy Low Carb Weight Loss Plan

Doing well today.  Really want to get in shape by the holidays.  Got my hour walked yesterday and plan on walking 30 minutes shortly.

Today's menu: under 20 carbs or may try for 10.

B - 6 T egg sub.
      1/2 c blueberries
      2 T flax

L - 4 oz chicken
      2 c lettuce with very low carb dressing

D - 4 oz chicken or fish - maybe 3 T egg sub to make wrap.
      1 c almond milk made into glucomannon pudding
