I decided to go ahead and weigh this morning and was pleasantly surprised that I was down 2#. I know I won't lose everyday since I am eating so well and not limiting my carbs; but, I just need those to feel well. I have done low carb diets before and they just don't work for me. Limiting my calories does work and I can enjoy life. Sometimes, I eat strange food combinations, but I just eat what I want in my calorie range. Makes my happy. 😄
Today's menu:
1/3 cup sloppy jo with flour tortilla
Homemade blueberry cobbler with SF whipped topping
Homemade zuchinni casserole
1 oz walnuts
