Down another # this morning. OMAD is really working for me. Blood sugar was great this morning, too, as I have to watch that, also.

Homegrown yellow tomato
Blackberry cobbler
Picked more blackberries today, so will have plenty to make another small dessert or just eat them.Today's meal
