Yesterday's OMAD (one meal a day)


 Been busy and away a few days, so haven't gotten my menus posted, but I am still on track.  I have lost 5# since I started this way of eating.  

Today's menu:  shrimp and veggies in a homemade sauce

Pickles, olives

Blueberries with yogurt
