Today's OMAD Diet Menu

I believe I have warned everyone that sometimes I eat strange food combinations  :)

Just eating what I like right now and it seems to be working, for me anyway.  I don't restrict carbs and that is the reason that I am losing slowly; but I feel great with this kind of food.  I have done low carb, but this is the way for me.  All bodies are different.


Today's menu:

Air fried butternut squash fries

cottage cheese

sf butterscotch pudding

yogurt

blueberries
