Dreary day here in the Midwest.  Had a dusting of snow last night and it is in the 30's right now.  Guess March is going out like a lion.  I am so ready for warm weather.

Nice sunshine today.  Hope it warms up a little here in the Midwest, but I guess, after all, it is still March.  Weight stayed the same today.  I am able to get into a lot of clothes that I haven't worn for a while. That makes me feel so good.  

Had to be away yesterday, so didn't get my menu posted, but here is today's:

 Another # down this morning.  Probably will have a few fluctuations, but have done pretty well this week as far as that.   Just 4# from my first goal, making my weight at a long time low today.

 Just lost another pound today, making me just 5# from my first goal.  Then, I may want to go another 5 or 10 - just depends on how my Spring clothes fit me.  :)

Today's menu:

Weight is staying the same.  I am pleased with that.  Had gone down quite a bit in the last 2 weeks.   

Just had new blood work done and found I need to do tighter control with my carbs and also watch things that might raise my cholesterol.   It is down a few points as to the number the last time it was checked.  Don't want to go on meds for either if I don't have to.  So, am going to try to watch a little closer.  More veggies, fruit, fiber foods.  Tough, but I can do it.
