Down Another Pound this Morning with My Calorie Counting and Another Favorite Hymn

 Another # down this morning.  Probably will have a few fluctuations, but have done pretty well this week as far as that.   Just 4# from my first goal, making my weight at a long time low today.

Homemade knockoff chocolate muffin

Salad

Cottage cheese

Deli turkey

low fat cheese slice

May have a snack if I am hungry before bedtime.
