My Yesterday's Menu for My Calorie Counting

 Been away a few days and haven't got my meals posted.  My weight is staying the same.  I probably need to cut out some carbs, but I like my carbs and need those to feel good.  But, at least I am not gaining.  I am hoping for a big swoosh soon. 

Yesterday's menu:

Protein shake

Zuchinni zoodles with spaghetti sauce

Cheerios with yogurt

blackberries

Cottage cheese

applesauce

6 saltines
