Today's Menu:
Knockoff chocolate muffin
sloppy jos with huge salad with low calorie dressing
strawberries and yogurt
Flax, chia and collegen
cottage cheese
applesauce
6 saltines
Trying to drink more water today. Know that I don't get enough, but trying to change that. I walked for 20 minutes and did some weights. May walk another 20 if I get time today.
