Down Another Pound with my Calorie Counting Menu and Another one of my Favorite Hymns - In the Garden

 Just lost another pound today, making me just 5# from my first goal.  Then, I may want to go another 5 or 10 - just depends on how my Spring clothes fit me.  :)

Today's menu:

Homemade knockoff muffin

Cabbage, kale

1/2 C kidney beans

1 sl low fat cheese

3 oz deli turkey

Blueberries and yogurt

In the Garden

I come to the garden alone
