Down .8# this morning. Slowly, but surely - hopefully.
I just pretty much eat what I want within my calorie range, so today's menu is a little different. As I am trying to get my cholesterol down and will be out most of the day, I am having quick to fix items.
Today's menu:
cheerios with almond milk
egg white omelet with spinach
walnuts and maybe a protein shake
- Look to the Lord and his strength;
seek his face always.
