Down .8 Today with Calorie Counting with Menu

Down .8# this morning.  Slowly, but surely - hopefully.

 I just pretty much eat what I want within my calorie range, so today's menu is a little different.  As I am trying to get my  cholesterol down and will be out most of the day, I am having quick to fix items.

Today's menu:

cheerios with almond milk

egg white omelet with spinach

walnuts and maybe a protein shake

Yesterday:

Was busy yesterday so didn't have a very balanced diet but stayed on plan.

2 sl toast

Small personal pizza

Cottage cheese

Applesauce

6 saltines

Down Another Pound after My Mostly Low Carb Day Calorie Counting

 I did mostly low carb yesterday to try to shake things up and it did with a 1# loss.  Besides pretty much low carb, I had cabbage with chicken broth and  fat free dry milk made into a cream sauce with a slice of low fat cheese.  Also yogurt and berries but ate more protein than usual.  

Have 14# to get to my first goal, then we will see.  I may want to go down another 5.  

Today's menu:

Oatmeal with blueberries to help lower my cholesterol

Chicken

egg whites with spinach

May have a little cottage cheese depending on if I get hungry

Calorie Counting Low Carb Day My Menu

 Today, I am doing a low carb menu to try to shake things up since I am not really hungry for too much.  My weight has stayed the same for a few days, so going to eat low carb today.  At least, I haven't gained which is good for me. :)

Egg whites with spinach

Instant pot chicken

More chicken 

Lots of water

 Today's menu:

3 small egg rolls with 2 T sauce

yogurt

blackberries

2 T flax

1 T chia

Nice sunny day here in the Midwest.  Didn't get posted yesterday's menu but here it is:

French toast made with egg whites

Homemade pizza made with tortilla, pasta sauce, cut up 5 meatballs and parmesan cheese - this was yummy.

Cooked kale 

Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup peaches

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 T flax

1 T chia

 Since it's Saturday, I didn't cook today, but just easy stuff and stayed in my calorie range.

Today's menu:

2 rice cakes with sugar free jelly and powdered peanut butter

Cabbage stir fried with homemade sauce and noodles

Apple

Cottage cheese

Snack of 80 calorie mini rice crisps

Will get back to more protein tomorrow and more fruit and yogurt

Today's Menu for Calorie Counting Weight Loss Plan - Down 2#

Still very cold here in the Midwest.   I was happy with my loss this morning of 2# - actually fluctuations have been going on for several days.  I am more encouraged now with my way of eating.  I have approx. 14# to go to my first goal.  Then, may decide to go another 5# to be where I was 3 years ago.  Don't know yet.

Today's menu will be pretty much like yesterday's.

2 rice cakes with 2 T powdered peanut butter with sf jelly

homemade salmon salad 

tortilla and veggies

blueberries and pie filling with  yogurt

2 T flax seed

1 oz feta cheese

1-1/2 c cheerios with 1 cup almond milk
