Today's Calorie Counting Menu

 Since it's Saturday, I didn't cook today, but just easy stuff and stayed in my calorie range.

Today's menu:

2 rice cakes with sugar free jelly and powdered peanut butter

Cabbage stir fried with homemade sauce and noodles

Apple

Cottage cheese

Snack of 80 calorie mini rice crisps

Will get back to more protein tomorrow and more fruit and yogurt
