Down Another Pound after My Mostly Low Carb Day Calorie Counting

 I did mostly low carb yesterday to try to shake things up and it did with a 1# loss.  Besides pretty much low carb, I had cabbage with chicken broth and  fat free dry milk made into a cream sauce with a slice of low fat cheese.  Also yogurt and berries but ate more protein than usual.  

Have 14# to get to my first goal, then we will see.  I may want to go down another 5.  

Today's menu:

Oatmeal with blueberries to help lower my cholesterol

Chicken

egg whites with spinach

May have a little cottage cheese depending on if I get hungry
