Today's Calorie Counting Menu

 Made homemade chicken soup with lots of veggies

Baked apple with yogurt

1 c almond milk

2 sl red fat cheese

Cantaloupe 

Crackers

Yesterday:

Was busy yesterday so didn't have a very balanced diet but stayed on plan.

2 sl toast

Small personal pizza

Cottage cheese

Applesauce

6 saltines
