Was so busy yesterday, that I didn't get my menu posted. So here it was:
coffee with dry milk
Italian veggies with rice
frozen entree with broccoli
yogurt and blueberries
cottage cheese
rice with 4 oz turkey
yogurt made into yo cheese to spread on crackers
6 saltines
Was extra hungry, so had a few extra filling calories. Still within my range, but just more than I normally eat.
